Okay, I was sick. Now better but not recovered yet. My throat is like so.... I don't know how to put it into words. Oh anyway, when I returned to school on thrusday. I had to do a drama exam and I was informed on wednesday that I had to act like a guy. Although I have an older brother, it might sound efficient to borrow clothes from him but he's are like way way oversized. I could probably fit into he's shirt, but if I tried wearing his pants, they would probably fall off.

Oh anyway, our drama skit was about the fairy tale on red ridding hood and sleeping beauty and I was the prince charming. As I didn't know what our skit was about, I just brought clothes that were over-large/sized. Cause my hair was kind of long already, so I used my brother's hat. Top was a hot, limegreen band t-shirt which was a guy's shirt and school shorts which were quite baggy. After I got dressed I felt more like a pervert than a guy. The effect of the hat made me feel like I was hiding something. hahas.

Then yesterday. BUMMER! I got my hair cut! It's so horrid. I look hideoous! I look like some monster out from some fairytale or something. I look like a fool! Anyway, school ended early yesterday. I went home with Joy but I didn't know I had to stay in in school cause I didn't go to school on tues so there was work for me to complete. I rushed through them and followed Joy to Bedok Inter to get our Macdonald's breakfast. Thankfully for Joy she got what she wanted, however, I got some other meal. RAH! Well, it was alright though.

Then at around 3, I went to Far East Plaza and meet my mum. After getting my hair cut, we bused down to city hall to have dinner. It was the best steak I have ever eaten! Like wow. The tenderness of the meat was like heaven. It was said that the will season it in the oven for 18hours till the grill it. And the black seasoning had a salted and spicy taste which was fabulous! They will also provide a one-serving gravy for you to eat it with your steak. It was great, just great. Just the steak itself cause make you full they still had a large portion of salad and a bake potato. BUT IT WAS VERY GOOD! Then we ordered a desert, mud cake. The 'mud' -chocolate- was great. But apparently, it cause to worsen my sore throat. Hahas. But it was nice although the cake wasn't really up to my mom's standard. But I enjoyed the steak though! ((:

After dinner, mom and I went to our usual place which was Suntec City. Halfway through, my slippers broke! Hahas. Then mom and I rushed to get me a new pair. It was kind of embarrassing! Every now and then I would take out my slippers and walk. But now I have a pretty pretty slipper.

Then we went to The Cocoa Trees. I bought sweets from there! I begged mom to buy starbust for me thankfully, she agreed. And mom bought new chocolates! ((:

THE END, and we lived happily ever after?

I haven't been blogging to frequent lately. As you all know, EOYs are like next week? Best of luck.

Sunday! Honestly, what did I do to deserve a bunch of noisy and violent bunch of 12-years-old preteens? They were like so noisy till Sam wanted to say a closing prayer trying to motivate them or something. Even though the closing prayer was said at around 10.30, due to their noise level, they had to be quiet first then they could go home which dragged on till like 10.45. Well, what's the difference.

Here goes to Sam's prayer;

Dear Lord,
Thank you for gathering us here today. Bless these kids that they may be less violent and less noisy. Amen.

Hahas. I think sam's prayers are forever the joke of the century. Hahas.

I feel sick yesterday. I measured my temperature in the morning but was only a slight fever so I thought that I could last the whole day so I went to school. Apparently, after assembly, I started to have a really bad headache. So annalisa brought me to the sick bay after lit. The people in the general office seems to be deaf or something. XD hahas

Well now, I'm at home resting. I have 2days of MC which means, tomorrow I have to go back to school. SIGHS.

Ah yes, I read my tagboard, I shall not comment any further. ((: Oh well, to that 'special' you. Sometimes criticising may be funny like ha-ha but after awhile it gets annoying and stop giving me that gigantic-roll-eyes thing okay? Its pretty annoying now.

Drama, we've wrote the storyline and now we're left with the scripts. Maths was kind of boring but till we made windmills. I made for some sec 3/7 -smarty pants- girl whose name is Jolene Ho i think. Hahas. Well, to that person, I'm really sorry I forgotten about the button so your windmill is kind of ugly now and forever.

After that, I started having abit of a headache and started to get restless. Although Mr Lim tried making history a little interesting but I just felt like resting my head on my table but I was afraid that he would say " Come on, up on your feet, 10mins" And since I was so tired I won't want to stand would i?

Hah! Then during chinese, we slacked alot. Ah this entry is like so singlish kind of way. Hahas.

I know this is the point of time where I should be concentrating on books now. But it pretty hard. I was concentrating more before the exam period and all but now I just feel so slack. But, I'm going to try and concentrate and study.

Well, I got my progress card back. I'm uber happy, I improved. I was happy with Miss Wendy's comments. Joan has fianlly concentrated on her studies. Hahas. At least this time round I didn't fail any subjects like before! XD Before, my results brought shame to my family and 2/7. -Not so serious but I was rather disgraceful- But now I'm quite pleased with my results, if I perserver, EOYs won't be that bad after all.

Today we got our consent forms for HAWAII! ((: Happiness. I use to have this carrot dangling in front of me as my parents said that no good resutls, no hawaii. Now, I shall show both the progress card and hawaii consent forms to them! XD

I seldom blog about my english tuition cause normally, there's nothing much to blog about. But this time round, its different. We were doing a compre passage on Beijing opera. Feel the chi-na atmosphere already? There was on part in the passage that attracted me.

To the western ear, Chinese operamusica can sound unpleasant. The main reason for this is that it lacks the harmonies that are the core of western music. In your face CO! Hahas. I was giggling when I was reading this passage the first thing that came to my mind was the one instrument from the chinese orchestra that produces this unpleasant sound. Well, now we know why. Hahas.

My brother finally went to Brunei, so three weeks more till I'm able to see him. Well he was really objecting when we wanted a photo with him so we didn't take any photos. He went "For what?!" Heh.

SUNDAY! Okay, the service project kind of suck, as usual. Hey its not that want to dislike them or anything. Besides I was rather excited on the first day of it. In a way. Well they just simply can't stop talking. Anyway... We had some amazing race stuff they had to do. It was rather slacking for us ( sam and i ). We went to 3sea and played some brain games. Heh. Well it was fun in a way. Hopefully, next week would be like that too.

• Thursday

I want to blog about thursday first. ((: We had band, we had sectionals. STUPID SIMIN DIDN'T COME TO SCHOOL LA!Nevermind that, hahas. I was so sian with band and didn't have to mood to play and everything. I was so unwillingly to play. Especially when Maxine told us to move out of the classroom. Well till we were practicing the chromatic scales in virginia I started to get 'abit' high. Hehs. Maxine told us to move inside to practice. Oh man. We took so many hours just learning/practicing just that two bars. Hahas. Mainly cause Eunice and I were playing. 4/3's classroom had these box stuff things above their white board. Eunice took a picture of it. Well, I'll put it up one day. Basically, the boxes were in the manner. SEC 4/3. Alternately, the background would be black white black white. So, if the background was black, the colour of the words would be white. So Eunice and I did this tongue twister. Black white white black black white white black black white black. Pretty hard if you have to look at the boxes and say them. Well, try saying it real fast.

• Friday

Which was yesterday. We got our English paper back and finalised our Math's results. First time I had an A2 for my english. And I kinda just got a C for maths. Which meant that my grades switched for english and maths. I'm suppose to be good in maths but suprisingly I got an A for english. Really dumbfounded and was really happy.

We had band and SIMIN CAME TO SCHOOL TODAY. I mean yesterday. Hahas. Well I went to find her and then we went to check the board. Sickening. I should have checked it during recess so I could go home straight after school as the board stated that we could go home and come back at 4. Rah. Anyway, it rained so i cabbed home. I had a lunch-dinner kind of thing. Really good although it was just 2 dishes.

Then I went for band, was a little late but nothing much happened. While we were doing the back pages of virginia, some 'horse' called and said we were too noisy. RUBBISH. So we had to move, we moved to the staircase facing the hall. Rather cramped up but the clarinet section weren't really suffering.

On the way to NUS! Hahas. After we got down and reached there, it was almost 7 or maybe 7. -Can't remember- Anyway, we had to line up in index order. Ass. Tingwen was really funny, we kept on making fun of Jane.:D Hahas. During the concert, we were told to sit in index order, but obviously, we didn't. Hahas. I was sitting next to Elysebeth and Rachel. They have the telepathy thing. Whatever Elysebeth tells me, unknowingly, Rachel will tell me the same thing. Hahas. Quite often they'll say the exact same words. Hah.

PS: CHLOE, YOUR BROTHER IS REALLY HOT~! Finally got to see chloe's brother in person not like pictures and all. Hahas.

Well, that's about it. Today's a busy day! ((: Tuition, go school to sell some donation thing and KAMPONG gathering. :D

16days to exam!

Growing years are just so fun. Well, today, Miss Chua brought us to the library to watch some get Real stuff broadcast by some channelnewsasia crew. Well supposedly its suppose to brainwash -in a way- you to think straight and not fall in love with girls. I don't think it kind of help. Hahs. Well the video was entertaining though.

Well, my blog's dying. I suppose it the exam period? 18 more days to EOYs and next week we're getting back our progress card again. Oh bummer! So scared. I even dreamt that I failed all my subjects but I think I improved. As for my english, I'm not sure yet.

Can't wait for sunday though. Anne's lameness, Tiara's crapness, Steph's egoistic-ness, Annabelle's 'loving-ness', Nat's noisy-ness and Mich's bugging-ness. But i still love them too. Get bullied by them all the time.

My brother is going to Brunei for training. 3weeks. 3 whole weeks, 3 solid long weeks and 3 weekends I won't be able to see him. By then my exams have already started. Well, good luck to him and his tough training. ((: I'll definately miss him and his cool gameboy. :D - He's such an ass, he said he's going to leave it in camp. He's afraid I'll spoil it. LIKE WHATEVER.- ((:

Finally something fun for science! Hahas. Though I hate Ms Saleha and she can't teach, we finally got to the experiment the batteries and bulbs and everything. I finally managed to blow bulbs! HAH! In your face stupid bulbs. They were pretty strong. I got to use about 6 batteries to blow then out! Hah. Well, I wanted to keep the bulb but I was afraid of getting scolding.

Halfway through, I secretly looked at my phone.

Mummy:
Hi girl! I am accompanying Fangyong -my brother- to the hospital to operate his ingrown nail, so not cooking at home. Please call me when you receive the sms.

Well that ingrown nail was something my brother had years before. Apparently now he's starting to feel the pain due to the army training. That was why he had to operate. When I read the sms I was kind of worried. After all, its an operation. But now he's safe and sound. Well when my mom said please call me when you receive the sms it was kind of impossible as I was having science when I received it.

I cabbed down to the hospital and had lunch there. I ate so many popiahs. The food there was great. I didn't intend to dine there in the first place cause its the hospital. The first impression would be that the food there are tasteless but it wasn't -apparently- instead it was nice.

Then I went to the dentist to tighten a little. Well I gotta go back next week to change to a thicker wire. She even told me to be ready. Supposedly it'll be pianful again.

This afternoon was super fun! ((: Well, firstly, my brother came back and the fun started from there. I'm really not sure why he suddenly treated me so nice and nice(?) But we had a great time. Probably cause he read my blog on what I said I'll miss him and all. Heck it anyway.

We played a piano duet together. Pretty cool. I remember we use to do that when we were younger. When we were violent nice to each other. Well he's nicer now, and richer. :D Army can really do you good know! He was so funny, when he was about to play clocks by coldplay on the piano. I told him I was going to record him and put it up on youtube.

He said "No"
I tired sucking up to him but to no avail.

Then I said "okay la okay la, I just record I promise I won't put on youtube"

But he still said "no"

Then I continued to suck up to him. After that I said " okay la, I wont put your name"

Then he said " go and die"

HOW NICE. This is our happy family. Then when he was about to go, he sang Shan hu hai by Jay Chou with me. So cute. Hahas

What's with the early morning construction? Rah. It's a saturday, hello? Pretty annoying. I suppose in the afternoon it'll be worse off. All the clinging and clanging and kanging. Rah.

I forgotten to blog about my piano exam. To be honest, I'm quite sure I'll fail. So I have 1 month's time to actually treasure everything to do with music and piano.

Well, yesterday I had to run round the field cause I got note down that I was late once. So I had to run. After actually trying to run for two rounds, I started to get tired. So I walked the last three rounds. But every now and then I'll brisk walk. :D

We played virginia. It was like great, you could actually hear every distinct section. Eunice's horse-galloping part was so cool. Hahas. Erica and I were like saying that the piece sounded like Lord of the Rings. Hahas. No actually, not at all. Just like as if the war is like Lord of the Rings style. ((:

My brother's going away for 3 weeks. So I won't be able to see him for 3 whole weekends. :( Well, I think I'll actually miss him.

My guitar skills are like bleah. Hahas. I kind of stopped, the only thing I proud of it is that I'm able to play qing tian. Well.. I'm planning to continue after the exams? Hahas. This is such a boring entry!

Well, my piano teacher said that it'll be better if I stay at home and practice my pieces. Which made me more worried that I'll end up failing my exam. GASPS! I stumbled for a while deciding whether to go for band or to stay at home and practice. Well now, I decided to stay at home and do some intensive playing. Heck my tired hand and cramp fingers, hopefully that doesn't happen. Well, I'm going to miss the sandwiches Eunice made and miss all the canossian convent girls, well at least after my exams are done, I have lesser burden. I'll then be left with books.

FYI, I changed the song to lean on me, by Michael Bolton. I'm not sure why but I think I'm fancinated by this song. - Somehow, I am- I've been listening to it over and over again till I decided I'll put it up on my blog. ((:

Well for harry potter, I'm left with another 35 more chapters, which is ALOT. Well after my exams, I shall buy some time to actually read it. Again, good luck for my exams.

I feel a sense of satisfaction. Its not because I can play my pieces very fluently, its because I decided to start on my harry potter books. I bought order of phoenix years back and everytime I start, I'll stop halfway. I even got the urged to read it when Clara and Xuanhan amused me with the book. However, I stopped after that. Well, now, I'm back on track. I shall start reading and stop at the 38th chapter! - which is the end of the book- Yay!

Again I want to blog about tomorrow's exam. I'm going to take val's advise. When I go to the examination hall, I'll act like I'm very confident even though I'm not at all.Well, I know its not easy to act confident but I have to like try. Hopefully, for that I'll manage to pass.

I'm having band today. Combining with both juniors for sacss and juniors from ccps. In a way, I can't wait, I find the people there really funny and cute. ((:

I just realised that I suck with mixing and matching up with colours. My colour coordination is really bad. But I still want to thank Gen for wasting her time on my skin. Thank you for being so willingly to help! ((:

Oh well. I went to alyssa's house today along with Chloe and Elysebeth. Chloe and I took many many pictures. Especially when I told her to flood my camera, she really did. Hahas. Well, as usual, we didn't completed our project as we were fooling around. Hahas. We are now left with our geography project. To be honest, I don't think that our growing years can make it. Hahas. We were merely just cutting and pasting whatever we thought was relevant. Hahas

Yesterday's visit to Canossian convent was so fun! ((: I met up with Eunice for lunch. Supposedly, we were suppose to go there with Jia Wei and Zann but Zann wasn't going because there weren't any flute players over there. So, we went with Audrey and all. Pretty fun, in a way, it was sad to see Weelyn getting bullied but it was funny.

After when we were going home. It was so freaky! Audrey, Maxine and I stopped at Siglap to change bus. Suddenly at the bus stop, we met up with this lunatic. Seriously he was. The way we was talking was uber freaky. A moment after he talks, he will suddenly shout and talk softly again. Maxine was trying to think positively for that guy so she said, maybe he's got problems with he's voicebox. But the thing was, I don't even think he was even speaking english or any language I can actually figure out. Well there was once when he spoke I actually jumped up. Till the people at the bus stop were laughing at me.

I've got so much things to worry about right now. Even so, I want to blog in a happily-ever-after manner.

I count myself lucky that I didn't get any scolding from my mother when I mentioned that I was going to the BDAS's concert. Well that day, which was a saturday, the concert was great. But to be honest, I was kind of starting to get bored when the interval was over. It was practically filled with essembles after essembles. I prefer hearing the whole band playing comparing to different distinct sections. Although there was a clarinet essmeble, the pieces played were high standard but it was boring. I enjoyed most was riverdance especially the percussion part. I could see that almost everyone enjoyed it, practically everyone cheered.

Then concert lasted for almost 2andhalf hours. That was how long it was. Moreover, there was an encore. -I shouted encore too :D- So by the time I got home, including the trip back and the supper we had, it was almost 11.30. Thankfully, my dad was willingly to pick me up.

Oh yes, one part I forgotten to mention. When we were watching the different essembles, we (eunice, adel, zann, jia wei and I) didn't really pay attention to the music. Instead, we were actually looking at the gestures made by the musicians. Funny, there was one guy playing the french horn conducting with his body. Hahas.

Sunday, fun-ness. We were told to do some service project. Which involved in helping the primary school children in helping with their class. Apparently and sadly, I got primary six. If you haven't gotten into the class, you would think its easy to be there. Cause as you know, they are almost teenagers, supposedly, more mature. But apparently, not. The class was almost like in a chaotic manner. They weren't even listening to their teacher speak. Even if he said shhh they wouldn't listen. Then samantha asked, can we go and complain? Hahhas. I did. I told priya. Hopefully, she took action.

Funny thing was that. Someone from my class told me that there'e this primary 6 boy that envys me. Hahas. He asked my friend whether I was attached. During the lesson he kept glimpsing over. Hahas. Quite cute, as in his actions not the way he look. XD

Busy week ahead of me. Finally my thought of thinking I'm pregnant is over. I finally got my period which goes to show that I'm going to have very bad moodswings.

Let's put it this way. My exam is in a weeks time and I'm totally not prepared. I'm kind of worried of the consequences I have to face if I fail my exam. Although my passion of piano is not like i-love-piano-till-i'll-die-for-it kind of thing. Well, it helped me when I was stressed, I could always vent my anger on it. Mummy finally had with it so she told me that if I failed my exam I'll stop learning it. I'm not going to pray for a miracle to let me pass with distinction or something, just let me continue learning.

Tomorrow's esplanade concert. I'm kind of excited. Mr de mentioned that there was a clarinet choir or something. Should be real good?

I can't wait for sunday to come. I can see the clique! ((: Though I seperated from them in the service project, well, I can still see them during mass! ((: It'll be fun!
